OMG - Bees At Least Have A Hive, I'm Just One Person!

I start a very busy day out with my annual visit to my physician. I have a small list of questions for her, starting out with a pretty basic one - should I get a booster shot for my Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccination. I'm happy to get one if she advises it - safer all around. But I won't get one if I can avoid it - needlephobic, you know. I also want to get another bone scan. It's been two years since my last one, and I should probably get a colonoscopy scheduled - it's been at least five years since my previous test. *sigh* Doctors - love them/hate them but have to live with them.

I've had the finals of the Equestrian Show Jumping event
on while writing this. Now it goes to a 6-horse jump-off
for the Gold Medal. Such beautiful animals. The course
today is much harder than yesterday's course. Now they'll
rest the animals for a bit and then do the course once more.

Then it's on to grocery shopping, house cleaning for Sharon's visit in a MONTH!!!! ACK!!!! and various other errands including looking at some Yoga classes online and an online dancing class that looks like a lot of fun. I have my weekly convo with Aearwen at 4:00 pm and a Zoom call at 5:00 pm which I'll take on my laptop while I'l preparing dinner. Whew! I'm exhausted just reading all of the things I need to do today.

A friend recommended Steezy Dance to me as an
exercise alternative. Within WilderBody, we're working
on adding motion and activity into our daily lives.
I want to re-explore yoga, and I've also had dance
recommended, so I'll give this one a try later today.
I love to dance, so this may be a good choice too.

Part of the heat under my butt is the fact that I don't get next Friday off. Chickie is taking a long weekend to attend a conference in Wisconsin, so DH and I each have to work an extra day while she's out of town. She's actually entitled to 15 days of vacation each year but has only taken a single day this year. So, I'm sure she'll also take opening day or close to opening day of the State Fair too. I have so much I need to get straightened out before Sharon arrives, I really don't have time to waste, so I'm super motivated. The house doesn't need to be pristine (Sharon knows better than that - LOL), but I do have to have room in her room for the bed to be set up and her to walk around.

I want to keep an eye on my cholesterol levels, of
course, but I need a baseline on that and can't
interpret my previous lab numbers, so I'll be
asking my doctor about those too.

So, I'm signing off quickly and getting working. No time to waste - LOL. Have a wonderful Wednesday and I'll be back tomorrow.
