Schedule Shake-Up and New Music For You

So, here we go into my new schedule. I'm dressed in my gym clothes, I have to leave the house in 30 minutes, so this will be a bit rushed, but I'll get the hang of this yet.

Time to implement my new schedule. They say that practice makes
a change permanent, so I have a year to make this permanent.

DH has been coughing, tossing and turning as he fights with a chest cold. This is NOT the right time for him to deal with one of these. I have to have him work the morning for me today while I register for Bead & Button Show, and tomorrow is my scheduled day off. If he's sick, I may have to work for him and that's certainly not on my list of things that will make me happy.

DH is feeling poorly. He started coming down with this yesterday
and sounded really bad earlier this morning while I was
working on my emails. I hope he gets over this quickly.

But my iPod is charging, my water bottle is waiting to be filled, and my work clothes and new vivid purple Nike's are in my gym bag. I think I'm set for this. Now if I can just learn the equipment and stick with it. Counting down the weeks, I should be at the gym 112 times this year, so this is day 112/112 at XXX pounds (sorry, I'll share my age faster than my weight - LOL). I'm keeping a running notation on my calendar and we'll see how I do.

I'm where I put the white dot, right in the middle of the magenta patch.
Yeah - it's damned cold out. At least the gym should be warm...

In the meanwhile, I hope those of you experiencing our lovely frigid temps are staying warm and those inundated by snow and other winter mix weather are hanging in there. It's January and we're all bound to get some nasty stuff coming our way.

If Maglor ever played a unique, new instrument, it might be the Hang. This
unique instrument manufactured in Switzerland has a phenomenal sound.
The group Hang Massive, consisting of Danny Cudd and Markus Offbeat have
been playing together for five years now, touring the world with their unique
sound. I've included a YouTube clip below for you to follow.

To offset the weather and offer something really nice, I offer Hang Massive - a duo who produces some amazing music that you may enjoy for a relaxing mellow time. This is very contrary to my usual classical or heavy metal listening, but I'm entranced by them.

Finally, have a great Tuesday!
