My Sunday turned out excellent after all. Figuring that we would be able to be back home by the time Comcast was scheduled, we went ahead and went to Irish Fair for the day. I ran into some old friends from Renaissance Festival (that starts next weekend - I can't wait) and looked at lots of wonderful things including harps. I've been dreaming about getting a harp for a few years now. It's dollars that I don't have, but I can save for one. I think a lap harp would be best. But that won't happen for a bit. Then we got great seats for The High Kings and got to rock with them for an hour. So great! And Comcast came shortly after 5pm, spent almost an hour with us working on our two recording devices and new cable boxes. They got everything working well, explained exactly what we needed to do to achieve the results that we needed, and everything is great now. All in all - Sunday was a great day!
great pipes, the two towards the
front are their main vocalists. Really
wonderful music - they'll be back on tour
in the US next year - watch for them.
So, question of the day for thought. I dream my crafts. Last night I dreamt about drawing a face with charcoal - a media that I don't use often. But it was turning out fantastic - great shadowing, good depth. Then I came to the hairline, and because of the profile I was drawing, I had to stop there. I wasn't exactly sure about where to start the hairline in this profile. I guess I'll be looking at hairlines for the next week or so and try and get a variety of them into my subconscious. Now, if I could just bring the skills I have in my dreams into reality - .
