Happy Monday, Everyone!

It's Monday and it's the first of two days where I don't have a clinic appointment or have to go to the hospital for one thing or another. It's almost a shock. I was (and am) feeling much better, so I actually got onto the treadmill this morning for a lovely 45 minute "run" through Patagonia and Maine. Beautiful scenery, and I was SO very happy to feel well enough to be back to a routine. Hopefully I'll also do this tomorrow, and then Wednesday starts Radiation, so I'll be doing things day-by-day again, as I feel up to it.

I'm actually looking forward to radiation therapy, even
though it might exhaust me. It's one step closer to getting
rid of this cancer and returning to my life.

The infection under my arm seems to finally be cleared up. The incision is healing really well, and I'm feeling no pain at all. I have a few days left on the antibiotics, but I think we finally got this sucker conquered. What a relief!

I want to try this particular Cabbage Roll Casserole
recipe. It's by "Taste of Home" if you're interested
in looking at it closer for yourself.

I'm looking through possible recipes for Wednesday afternoon or Friday. There's a "Cabbage Roll Casserole" that sounded wonderful (ground beef, a head of cabbage, lots of herbs, tomato sauce and bacon. The only thing I'd keep out is the cheese since I don't do dairy. I'll probably do another couple of pork chops too. Those are always a treat and they're really easy to make.

I love my oven baked pork chops. It's an easy, easy
recipe and it's really tasty. I'm all for easy these
days - LOL.

I should probably go onto my "My Chart" today to print out an updated schedule of upcoming appointments and procedures. I try to keep on top of things, but every once in a while something gets scheduled or changed and I'm playing a bit of catch-up. I have to have things up to date here and at the shop since people have to work for me if I can't work on any given day.

Decisions, decisions - LOL. I think my only
decision right now will be breakfast and
bundling up to get to the shop. A regular day
for a change.

So, I'm going to have a nice, hot cuppa tea, get my schedule printed out, and start my day. I hope you have a fabulous Monday and I'll be back tomorrow. Maybe with another day at the treadmill under my belt. LOL Slava Ukraini.
