Behind the Times

Oops.  I had two things to do last night, and neither one got done.  I needed to get the final beta of Iris' latest story back to her - things got delayed because of the Thanksgiving holiday.  And I needed to start work on Chickie's metalwork.  But we needed to get to the grocery store last night and went there directly after I returned from work.  We didn't get home until 8:30 pm and I was exhausted.  So I curled up in front of my computer screen and started reading a tale by my cyber-friend Clodia instead.  I gave up on focusing about 9:30 pm and went to bed.  As usual, I was asleep within five minutes of hitting the pillow.  I am just totally exhausted.

I am burning my candle at both ends -- AGAIN!

I am already planning out what I will accomplish for my Wednesday.  Nothing like getting a jump start .  I know that I will finish my holiday cards - that's #1 on my list.  That will entail sizing the second part of my cards to the correct size, cutting them out, and gluing them on.  Then I need to stamp my sentiment and then I can make the cards out and address them.  I want them to hit the mail within 7-10 days, so I have a little time, but the clock is ticking.  I need to drop the fabric and sample pattern of my DH's pants at the tailor's.  I'll pay the tailor to do two pairs of pants for me because I won't have the time to deal with it.  I also need to buy some canvas for a messenger bag for him; that I CAN make on time.  And I need to start getting the transfer file cleaned up for Chickie's Staff of Ra so that I can etch it next week.  Progress.....
