In the great land of Minnesota the State Constitution may NOT be amended to state that marriage is only legal if it is between one man and one woman. The People in these states recognized and acknowledged that gay and lesbian relationships are legitimate in the eyes of the law.

And the People Spoke. In the lands of mountains - those lands named Colorado and Washington, the People may now possess a small amount of marijuana for recreational use. The measure didn't pass in Oregon, but baby steps - large baby steps - were taken.

This is my blog post for today. It's my day off and I'll be working on my NaNo for the day and attending my first NaNoWriMo Write-in at my local library tonight. It is my first and may also be my last social NaNo gathering, but I am actually looking forward to it. Have a phenomenal day filled with joy, hope, and accomplishments.
