Photo Blog - More Construction Mistakes

It's my day off, and as usual I'm hitting the ground running. My time is limited before I tackle the garbage and recycling, so I think a photo blog today might be just the treat. Yesterday I looked at some construction errors. Some of them were quite funny, so I think I'll expand on that today. Here we go.....

This security camera will certainly be boring to watch. The bad
guys won't even have to worry about covering it up.

Trains usually need straight tracks or smooth curves, right? This
set of tracks looks more like snakes escaped from a bag.

I'm not sure if this is a mistake or just a crime of opportunity, but I wouldn't
want to be driving over this bridge anytime soon.

Maybe the owner alternates direction every other day?

I'd be suing my town or utility provider until the pole was moved. Then again,
maybe the architect or tract developer never actually looked at the layout
of the lot?

Perhaps only those who can leap to the staircase are allowed
on the other side of the road.

The famous escalator to nowhere. Women's Fashions, Floor Two. Going up....

The fact that there are things on this little landing makes me think the tracks
are no longer being used, but what a shock if they decide to run the line again.

The idea is good, but the execution is an epic fail!

What really disturbs me about this is the fact that they are using
a chair as a step-stool to enter through the doorway.

Do you sit? Do you squat? Personally, I just leave.

So there you have it. If you just keep your wits about you, you won't have any of these epic fails to think back on. I could easily make another one of these and may well do so another day. They're just too funny not to share. Have a wonderful Wednesday and I'll be back tomorrow.
