Everything We Need To Do is SO Expensive!

It's  a lovely morning for the outside pool. The temps are mild - not super warm and not super cold, and we might have a light rain, but it's only a small percentage chance. It sounds just about perfect to me, at any rate.

Shred Right could shred on-site, but that would be even
more expensive. Instead, they can come by, take our 35+
boxes from the basement, take them to their secure facility,
shred them, and give us all the documentation we'd need
to prove that the documents were securely shredded if
we ever needed that proof. (Governments sometimes demand
that proof in some instances.) But, it will cost us more
than $700, and that's a LOT.

We got the quote for shredding our 35+ boxes of shred material we have in the shop basement. It's expensive, but I expected that. DH, on the other hand, is determined to shred as much as possible in-house. That might kill our shredder, but I'll give it a go. I also finally got a quote from the woman I want to hire to help us organize and hold our "Going Out of Business" sale. She's not cheap either. I haven't shown DH those numbers yet because ... damn. VERY expensive, but I think also VERY essential. We have no idea how to hold this sale, and she does - she's very experienced. Under her guidance, we should be able to sell down to the walls. That's what I'm looking for.

I want to look around my shop at the end of October and
see empty stock shelves, empty walls and very little left
to clean up or get rid of. That's my goal. To do that effectively,
I need a business liquidation specialist. Cheryl is
exactly that, but her quote came back at no more than
$41,000! Ouch. I'd go it on my own, but I'm totally
clueless on this, and we only get one chance. Rock? Meet
hard place. *sigh*

So, if DH's temper is a bit better today, I might show him her email ... or maybe I'll still hold off a bit longer, and concentrate on our Swarovski crystals sale instead. So much to do, and there are only 24 hours in each day, no matter what. I think I need a TARDIS and a rich Uncle Scrooge.

I can work off some of this tension in the pool today, thank
goodness. But, I'm just a BIT stressed right now. *sigh*

But it's a swimming day today, so I can work off some of this angst and frustration in the pool. Yeah ... I think I really need that! I hope all of you have a wonderful Tuesday and I'm out of here. I'll be back tomorrow for another day of challenges. Slava Ukraini.
