Everyone Has Problems - I'm Far From Unique

I'm running really late today, so this is short. I actually slept until my alarm went off - I suppose because it was nice and cozy under the covers, and it's COLD outside - sub-zero. It's not doing nasty weather to go along with the low temps, though. We do have about 1-2 inches of snow on the ground, but compared to a normal winter, this is absolutely nothing! I'm happy about not having to shovel, but I'm really feeling sorry for the farmers who are missing that winter moisture that comes when the snowpack melts. Of course, I know that what we experience here in the Cities isn't necessarily the same as what others in the state do, but it still seems like a winter drought instead of the usual moisture.

I'm quite sure our farmers are worried because we haven't
had enough snow this year. The soil won't get enough
moisture when the snowpack melts in Spring. That could
cause all sorts of problems in rural areas.

I have a variety of notes on my desk, tomorrow's "day off" will be a busy one - both in the kitchen and at the computer. Too much to do, and no time in which to do it. The story of my life. I might get a chance to work at the laptop at the shop today. If so, I'll have to take advantage of that. My time is minimal, to say the least. That clock is ticking. DH is already making noises about things not falling into place and not being able to close this year. That's NOT allowed. At least, not for me.

I'm far from unique in the world - everyone
has problems of one kind or another. I have a
warm place to stay, food on the table, and
money in the bank. I'm much better off than
many, many other people. I am grateful.

Anyway, my problems aren't yours. Everyone has their own problems and issues, and they are important - of equal importance for each and every one of you. Our lives are distinct and different - and the good fortune that we've intersected in this vast world, that we've linked up and formed friendships ... well, it's a bit of a miracle. I'll take my miracles as they come and be grateful for them. Therefore, I'm grateful for each of you - my readers and friends from throughout the wide world. My life would be much more barren without you in my desert.

Everyone has problems - little or big, they're all
important and relevant to each person. Your problems
aren't at the top of any heap except your own. Resolve
your own issues, then you can help others if they ask
for assistance.

Have a wonderful Tuesday, I'm off to the pool. I'll be grateful for my car's heater today! LOL Do something kind for another living creature today, and I'll be back tomorrow. Slava Ukraini and חיים למען ישראל.
