Time - It's Our Personal Treadmill Through Life

Just a quick post today because I actually slept until my alarm went off, so that leaves me with about 20 minutes to get this put together and posted. I'll try and catch up with everyone when I get to the shop and turn on the laptop. Apologies if I've missed anything major I should have commented on - lately, time doesn't seem to be my friend any more.

Time isn't always my friend, and lately, I'm fighting
it far more than I should have to.

I changed my mind about the interior of my Holiday Cards, ordered a new stamp, and that should be here by Thursday, Friday latest. I'm running tight on time, but for what I'm planning to do this year, I think I'll still be OK. It's quite different for me, but hopefully will be fun for you.

ARGH, just ARGH. LOL

DH's website still isn't up and operational, so I'll be spending time on the phone tomorrow to find out why and what information they needed that they didn't ask me for. *sigh* Frustrating doesn't begin to describe this particular project. GRRRR might be a better description.

We are all on the treadmill of life, and we all have to
make our own way through it. We can have
helping hands here and there, but our road is
distinctly our own.

But despite everything, I keep running on the treadmill of life. Even when it seems I'm running in place (which pretty much describes this year to a "T"), time is still passing along. Sometimes I wish that time would stay put on the treadmill while I run in place, but that just doesn't seem possible. It's a shame - LOL.

We won the last game in a crazy goal in a
shootout. I don't care how we win, it's just
good to have one in the "Win" column.

Hope all of you have a wonderful day. I'm off to the pool, and I have a hockey game tonight (Go Wild!) so I have "plans". I also have a new, fully functional and very easy to set watch, so I'm pleased about that too. Maybe this one will last a bit longer - I do seem to kill watches with ease. I'll be back tomorrow, maybe a bit less rushed. Slava Ukraini and חיים למען ישראל.
