Today is Thanksgiving and I'm just about ready to start working on my bird. I'm taking a quick moment to wish all of my friends, those in the USA and those who live elsewhere in the world, a safe and happy day. If you have an opportunity to help someone today, please do. If you have the chance to give a child or a loved one another hug, please do. Let's spread some joy throughout this world today, one small step at a time. I'll be back tomorrow. Slava Ukraini.

My meal won't be this comprehensive or large, but this year I actually have an oven, so I'm putting a bird into it for this year again. I really missed that last year. |
