It's Wednesday and I Have A Packed Agenda - Somewhat

It's 6:25 am. I've already meditated for 30+ minutes, fast-walked 1-3/4 miles, taken a shower, cleaned up my old emails, and taken the trash to the curb. I've read the comic pages of the newspaper for the day (thank goodness for e-editions), answered a couple of product inquiries, and re-parked my car in the garage to allow DH to get into his truck a bit easier. I hear footsteps above me, so DH is probably already awake and ready to start his day. I guess it'll be a busy one today.

I often wonder if Maglor or Daeron would have looked
at birds on telephone wires and written the small
bodies as notes on a stave. What would that music sound
like? I think there has been at least one composer who
has done that. I'd be surprised if not.

On my schedule, I have a call regarding WildFit and the new fitness program they're going to be launching sometime this summer at either Noon or 1:00 pm (I'm really bad with time zones, especially international time zones), and I have my weekly chat with Aearwen. I need to get to the grocery store, and I have a lot of work to do with vegetables and my blender - LOL. I might break down and treat myself to another sashimi lunch - I love those so much, but I also might be good and skip lunch if I'm not hungry. There's just something about generous slices of top-grade tuna and salmon that make me happy, though.

WildFit just went through a bit of a messy "divorce" from
MindValley, and is stepping out on its own once again.
This summer, it's going to expand into WildFitness or
something equivalent (I'm not exactly sure what it will
be called). Those of us who graduated from the WildFit
program and joined the next stage: Living WildFit, will
be able to join the new program at no charge. I can hardly
wait. If Eric Edmeades can do for fitness what he's
done for food, it will be revolutionary.

In between everything else, I really do need to get some actual housekeeping done. DH managed to spill a bunch of peanuts onto the kitchen floor yesterday, and it needs a solid cleaning from peanut crumbs. The sink needs a thorough clean, and the shower in the downstairs bathroom could use a serious clean too. I guess I should earn my keep a bit, put on some gloves and do some scrubbing. I also need to make a plan of attack for Sharon's room because if all goes well, she'll be here in three months and that room needs to be ready for habitation once more. So, I guess my schedule will sort itself out - hopefully.

It's tempting to hire someone to help clean, but I hate
strangers in my house, so I'll pass. That means it's
pretty much all on me. DH is responsible for his own
bathroom (which gets fairly scuzzy before he cleans
up in there), but I have the other two bathrooms, all
of the laundry, the vacuuming, etc. He's responsible
for the outdoors, though, and he mowed yesterday -
a task that usually takes more than two hours to do.

In the meantime, I hope you have a lovely and productive day, enjoy your surroundings and the people you interact with, and stay safe. I'll leave you with some photos and I'll be back tomorrow.
