Longer...Slower

Everything today happened, but a little bit slower, with a little bit more traffic, and a lot more bother. I got my 3500+ words written on NaNo, but not until I went to the Library this evening for 1-1/2 hours of quiet writing time plugged into a Classical music shuffle on my iPod. My computer is acting like it's made from tar - pokey and slow. It took more than 20 minutes just to shut down earlier today.

This is one of the downstairs computer benches. There are two others upstairs and 

I think at least one more downstairs. Lots of computers at any rate - LOL.

This morning I had breakfast with Meghan, her son Sebas and Chickie. Traffic was crappy, so we ended up dropping Sebas off late for daycare. I was running about a half hour late on my laundry, got to the grocer about a half hour late, and didn't even get a chance to start my NaNo writing until about 1:00 pm this afternoon. Everything was going slower than normal today. But there were very good things too.

My life was like that of a tortoise today.

I got to see a lot more of the Desktop Meme of friends. I have loved each and every one of the ones I've seen, and they are so indicative of the people whose electronic personalities they dictate.
